THIS IS A VERY HEALTHY FISH GRAVY WHICH IS PREPARED WITH JUST VERY LITTLE OIL.
THIS CAN BE TAKEN BY THE PEOPLE WHO IS ON DIET TOO
THIS GRAVY GOES WELL WITH DOSA AND IDLI.

INGREDIENTS

FISH - 500 GMS

SMALL ONION - 20

TOMATO - 1

CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP

CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TSP

TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP

PEPPER - 1 TSP

FENUGREEK (VENDAYAM) - 2 PINCH

TAMARIND - GOOSEBERRY SIZE

OIL - 1 TSP

CURRY LEAVES - 2 SPRIG

SALT - NEEDED

PROCEDURE

STEP 1: TAKE A PAN. HEAT OIL, ADD PEPPER, SMALL ONION,CURRY LEAVES, FENUGREEK.

STEP 2: ADD TOMATO, TAMARIND.

STEP 3: ADD TURMERIC, CORIANDER AND CHILLI POWDER.

STEP 4: ADD SALT AND AFTER T GETS COOLED DOWN MAKE FINE PASTE USING MIXI.

STEP 5: TAKE A PAN, ADD THE PASTE,FISH AND NEEDED WATER.

STEP 5: CLOSE THE LD AND ALLOW T TO COOK. STIR OCCASIONALLY.

STEP 6: TASTY FSH S READY.

STEP 6: YOU CAN ADD GINGELLY OIL OVER IT .THIS WILL GIVE MORE TASTE. BUT THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL.
