PROCEDURE
STEP 1: HEAT OIL AND IN PAN ADD SEASONINGS.

STEP 2: ADD ONIONS, GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

STEP 3: ADD CAPSICUM.

STEP 4: ADD TOMATOES, REQUIRED SALT AND 
TURMERIC POWDER.

STEP 5: ADD CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND
GARAM MASALA POWDER.

STEP 6: ADD SOME WATER.ADJUST THE CONSISTENCY BY ADDING MORE WATER TO MAKE A THICK GRAVY

STEP 5: FINALLY, ADD KASOORI METHI, SUGAR AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
