INGREDIENTS :
TO GRIND :
ONION - 2
TOMATOES - 2
TURMERIC POWDER - PINCH
CHILLI POWDER - 2 TSP
CHICKEN MASALA - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TSP
TO PRESSURE COOK:
POTATOES - 3
SEASONING :
OIL - 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 1
MUSTARD - 1/2 TSP
SOMBU - 1/4 TSP
CURRY LEAVES - 1 SPRIG
PROCEDURE :
STEP 1: GRIND ALL THE INGREDIENTS GIVEN UNDER TO GRIND TO A FINE PASTE.
STEP 2: PRESSURE COOK POTATOES UPTO 4 WHISTLES AND CUT INTO CUBES
STEP 3: TAKE A PAN AND ADD THE SEASONINGS ONE BY ONE.
STEP 4: ADD THE FINE PASTE AND POTATO CUBES . SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES.
STEP 5: ADD WATER TO THE REQUIRED CONSISTENCY. ALLOW IT TO BOIL.
STEP 6: ENJOY WITH DOSA, APPAM, IDLI OR CHAPATI.
