You can use same procedue for all sea foods.
This is a kerala recipe
INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil - 2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 TSP
Green Chilli - 2 finely chopped
Onion - 3 tsp finely chopped
Turmeric- PINCH
Chilli powder - 2 TSP
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 TSP
Salt
Tomato - 3 tsp finely chopped
Curry leaves
Crab
Water -Little
Banana leaf roll and steam it
PROCEDURES
Add ingredients one by one and saute it as given in the ingredient list and steam finally kept in banana leaf.
