ONION - 1 (FINELY CHOPPED)

GINGER - 1/4 TSP

GREEN CHILLIES - 3 (CHOPPED ROUND)

CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TSP

PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 TSP

OIL - 3 TSP

PROCEDURE

STEP 1: STEAM COOK THE BRAIN.

STEP 2: IN PAN, ADD OIL, GINGER AND GREEN CHILLIES

STEP 3: ADD ONION

STEP 4: ADD CHILLI POWDER AND PEPPER POWDER

STEP 5: FINALLY ADD STEAMED BRAIN. MIX WELL. DONE :-)
