INGREDIENTS
FOR FILLING:
 OIL- 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS- 1 TSP
GINGER - 1 TBSP
GARLIC -1 TBSP
GREEN CHILLIES- 2
ONIONS- 1/4 CUP
VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE:
CAPSICUM, CARROT, CABBAGE -1 CUP
RED CHILLI SAUCE- 2 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES -3 STALKS
SALT – TO TASTE

TO MAKE CHAPATI:
CHAPPATHI FLOUR - 1 CUP
OIL - 5 TSP
WARM WATER
SALT – TO TASTE

PROCEDURE
TO PREPARE FILLING:
 1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. ADD FENNEL SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS, FINELY CHOPPED GINGER, GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES.
2. ADD ONIONS
3. ADD CARROTS AND CABBAGE.
4. ADD CAPSICUM AND CORIANDER LEAVES.
5. ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI SAUCE.


TO MAKE CHAPATI:

1. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH BY ADDING CHAPPATI FLOUR, WARM WATER AND SALT.
2. KNEAD WELL AND ALLOW THE DOUGH TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
3. MAKE A BALL OF MEDIUM LEMON SIZE.
4. FLATTEN THE BALLS AND ROLL THEM.
5. HEAT DOSA TAWA AND PLACE THE FLATTEN DOUGH BALL.
6. PLACE THE VEGETABLE FRY IN MIDDLE OF CHAPATI AND ROLL IT.
